1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy governs the personal data we collect, use, and protect when you use the Temizona platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
2. Data We Collect
At signup: name, email, phone, business name, billing address. During use of the Service: session information, IP address, device information, service usage statistics. During payment: card details are processed directly by iyzico — Temizona does not store card numbers.
3. Use of Data
Collected data is used solely to provide the Service, process payments, deliver customer support, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties other than our payment processor (iyzico), our cloud infrastructure provider, and legal authorities when required. Your data is never sold.
5. Your Rights
