Cancellation and Refund Policy
This page describes the cancellation and refund terms for orders placed through Temizona.
1. General Terms
Our customers may request order cancellation or refund within the scope of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
2. Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled free of charge before it has been picked up by the Service Provider. Once an order has been picked up (PICKED_UP status), cancellation is subject to the Service Provider's review.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or card provider. Cash payments are refunded at the Service Provider's premises.
4. SaaS Subscription Cancellation
Monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, remaining active until the end of the current billing period. Within 14 days of subscription activation, if the service has not yet been used, the right of withdrawal may be exercised.
