Delivery and Returns

1. Nature of Service

Temizona does not sell physical goods. The Service is access to a cloud-based SaaS management platform via subscription. As such, there is no shipping, physical delivery, or classic returns process.

2. Service Delivery (Activation)

Following payment confirmation, the user account is activated within 5 minutes. Activation is communicated by email. The Service is immediately available for use — there is no physical delivery period.

3. Refund Policy

A consumer may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided the Service has not yet been used (no first login). Once the Service is used, the right to refund terminates by virtue of its digital-content nature (Article 15/h of Turkey's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502).

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation you can continue to use your service until the end of the current billing period. No automatic renewal occurs for the next period and no further charges are made.

5. Service Issues

If you experience a technical problem with the Service, you can request support at support@temizona.com. In case of sustained, long-term outages, a proportional refund may be issued after review.
