Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
SELLER: FARHAT GÜZELLİK MERKEZİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Temizona"). BUYER: the natural or legal person purchasing a subscription via temizona.com.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the parties' rights and obligations regarding the BUYER's electronic purchase of subscription services to the Temizona SaaS platform.
3. Service and Pricing
Service: Temizona SaaS monthly subscription. Plans: Free (₺0), Starter (₺249/mo), Pro (₺499/mo), Enterprise (contact). All prices include VAT. Payment is charged automatically on a monthly cycle.
4. Service Provision
Once the subscription fee is successfully charged, access to the Service is activated within 5 minutes. The Service is available from any internet-connected device.
5. Payment
Payments are processed via iyzico using Visa, MasterCard and bank cards. Card details are not stored by Temizona — they are handled through iyzico's PCI-DSS-compliant systems.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, provided the Service has not yet been used. Once the BUYER has logged in and started using the Service, the right of withdrawal terminates pursuant to Article 15/h of Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation, because the Service constitutes digital content.
7. Subscription Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time from account settings. After cancellation the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period; no automatic renewal occurs in the next period.
8. Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the threshold announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; above that threshold, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.
